Installing the Network Link Conditioner for iOS

There are a few steps required for the Network Link Conditioner to be installed. At the time of writing this guide the most updated version of Network Link Conditioner, however, is to be found in “Additional Tools for Xcode 10.2”, which is the most recently updated packet.
